to learn that people are taking potentially fatal
risks when it comes to maintaining their Horse Trailers.
The possible outcome of not checking the floor of
your trailer can be truly horrific for both animal
and owner.
Trailer floors are normally constructed of a coated
exterior ply that if looked after can last in excess
of 10 years. However if the floor is not maintained
and regularly cleaned this life span can be dramatically
reduced. In particular if you buy a used trailer not
only is it hard to know how old the floor is but also
whether it has been properly cared for by the previous
owner.
The only way to really know that the floor of your
trailer is safe for your animal to be transported
