What’s Included?
For the period of the Contract Plan, If you choose
to have the plan with maintenance Trident Trailers
will fully maintain the trailer with two full services
every year. Within the 36 month contract we will supply
one full set of replacement wheels and tyres if necessary.
Any parts showing wear will be replaced and this includes
bearings, brake components, brake cables, electrical
and lighting systems, body fittings, jockey wheels,
winch ropes and straps. In the case of Tipper and
Tilt Deck trailers the ram, hoses, reservoir and manual
or electric pump are also fully covered.
All work must be carried out at a Trident Trailers
branch.
What’s Excluded?
Any accidental damage to any part of the trailer or
structure will not be covered by maintenance schedule.
Parts most likely to suffer damage are jockey wheels,
break away cables, wheel rims, tyres, lights, and
winch straps or ropes. On tipper and Tilt Deck trailers
with electric tip units, the battery is covered for
the first 12 months only.
Puncture repairs will be charged and if a tyre is
sufficiently damaged to require replacement then a
charge will be made in proportion to the overall wear.
For instance, if the tyre is 50% worn then we would
charge half the cost of a new wheel and tyre (we always
replace a wheel and tyre as an assembly, and never
replace a tyre on its own).

Surely this is what we all refer to as a no brainer,
not only do you get the use of the trailer all week
long, you have the piece of mind that 6 monthly servicing
is included in the price for the contract period.
No more collection and delivering back during rush
hour traffic.
It as simple as filling in the application form and
subject to status getting approved within 24 hours
and then tow the trailer away.
Trailer Recovery – Tracking System
For just £3 investment per week (and an annual
communication and monitoring fee of £108 paid
direct to the supplier) your Trident Trailers Contract
Plan Trailer can be fitted with a tracking device.
Trident Trailers have worked hard at finding a ground
breaking tracking device that works on mobile phone
technology. This unit cannot be identified via GPS
tracking systems and is therefore hidden physically
and electronically. It has a battery life of 4 years
and requires no recharging or outside power source.
If you already have an approved supply of tracking
devices special quotation can be supplied.
Local Authority - Budgeting
Because we understand the particular budgeting requirements
of local authorities, it is possible to structure
a Contract Plan that works to the best advantage of

End of Term Options
Six months prior to the completion of the Trident
Trailers Contract Plan you will be contacted to see
which of the following options you would prefer.
a) £500 CASHBACK. So long as the trailer is
a braked trailer a cash back will be granted. The
only requirement is that a new trailer is taken out
on a Trident Contract Plan.
b) Return the trailer to a Trident Trailers branch
in good condition at the end of the Trident Contract
Plan Term.
c) Retain the trailer in exchange for a Payment equal
to three monthly payments at the end of the Trident
Contract Plan.
